At Gulf Tech, we strive to provide high-quality laptops and tech products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

The item must be in its original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Used or damaged products (unless received defective)

Software, digital products, or activated licenses

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos/videos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
